When performing financial due diligence, we analyse financial indicators and identify risk areas related to both the cost and income items. Accounting due diligence focuses, in addition to other things, to the setting up of depreciation plans and creation of provisions, taking into account any temporary asset depreciation. In tax due diligence, we identify potential tax-related risks, focusing mainly on corporate income tax and value added tax.
