ACCOUNTING
Bookkeeping, as well as the processing of data for the needs of management or the parent company, is carried out in Slovak and, if required, also in German/English. Our company uses the Slovak accounting software of the company PROLUČ. At the client's request, we are able to offer comprehensive bookkeeping services also on the client's premises and using the software preferred by the client (e.g. Pro-Alpha, SAP, Pohoda and others).

INCLUDES:
• setting up financial accounting
• regular processing of financial accounting in accordance with Slovak legislation
• preparation of value added tax returns on a monthly or quarterly basis
• option of creating payment orders for the client
• reporting under the applicable Slovak laws (e.g. statistical reports, NBS reports, INTRASTAT, etc.)
• preparation of monthly (quarterly) closings, monthly (quarterly) reports in the form required by the client, both under Slovak regulations and under group regulations (HB II, IFRS, US GAAP)
• preparation of the regular, interim or extraordinary financial statements in accordance with Slovak accounting standards
• preparation of materials for consolidation purposes according to the requirements of the parent company
• preparation of statements in accordance with the international accounting standards
• reconstruction of accounting
• representation of the client during financial inspections
